Public property housing construction investment projects such as: housing projects for resettlement, social housing, student housing, public housing, apartment renovation projects from public investment sources, which are in the construction investment phase, are also being reviewed to complete the project investment and construction and put into use.
For public property housing projects that have completed construction investment and put into use, agencies and units assigned to manage, operate and exploit, inspect and review the arrangement and use of housing to ensure efficiency, right subjects, right purposes, avoiding loss and waste.
At the same time, Khanh Hoa is determined to carry out the recovery and have strict sanctions for violations when arranging the management and use of houses belonging to public property that are not suitable for the right subjects, not eligible for use, or not for the right purpose of the house.
