Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee said that Ha Nam province previously (now Ninh Binh) focused on planning and mobilizing resources, promoting the construction of synchronous infrastructure, especially regional and inter-regional transport infrastructure.

The Phu Thu Intersection and the intersection between the 150m road and National Highway 1A and the North-South railway are key traffic projects of strategic importance in connecting traffic synchronously and continuously, ensuring the connection of the North-South Expressway with Ring Road 3 - Capital Region, strengthening regional linkages, meeting the traffic requirements of the province and neighboring provinces.
