    HUE - A rare red-faced monkey weighing 3.5kg lost in a pagoda in Hue was received by the forest rangers.

    On April 15, Mr. Le Ngoc Tuan - Head of Hue City Forest Protection Department said that functional forces had just received a rare red-faced monkey lost in the pagoda area in the area.

    Specifically, the Central Regional Forest Protection Department coordinated with Kim Long ward to receive 1 red-faced macaque (Macaca arctoides), belonging to group IIB, weighing about 3.5kg.

    This individual was discovered at Huyen Khong Pagoda in Son Thuong (Cham residential group, Kim Long ward, Hue city).

    After discovering the monkey straying into the pagoda grounds, the monks informed the local authorities and forest rangers to receive and handle it according to regulations.
