    Bac Ninh - The driver turned around on Ho Bridge causing danger and was fined by the authorities.

    On November 7, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Bac Ninh Provincial Police said that the unit had drawn up a violation record for the driver who turned around on Ho Bridge causing danger.

    Previously, at 9:22 a.m. on November 1, 2025, Mr. Nguyen V.Q. (born in 1976, residing in Chi Lang commune, Bac Ninh province) was driving a car with license plate 99A-720.xx and turned around right on Ho bridge, Tan Chi commune, Bac Ninh.

    This behavior poses a great risk of obstructing traffic flow, causing unsafety, and even leading to collisions when visibility is obstructed.

    The Traffic Police Department - Bac Ninh Provincial Police recommends that the bridge is a place for continuous traffic, not to stop, park or turn around. Just a minute of "turning around" in the middle of the bridge, it can cause dozens of people to brake suddenly and avoid it.
