The regional Cultural - Communication Centers that must be dissolved include: Nghi Xuan, Hong Linh, Can Loc, Duc Tho, Huong Son, Vu Quang, Huong Khe, Thach Ha, Thanh Sen, Cam Xuyen, Bac Ky Anh, Nam Ky Anh.
According to the decision to dissolve and transfer the functions and tasks of the Cultural - Communication Centers of the area under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism after dissolving to the public service unit at the commune level to provide career services in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, information and communication at the commune level.
Regarding personnel, all civil servants and contract workers under Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP currently working at the centers will be transferred to work at commune-level public service units, ensuring compliance with actual requirements and current regulations.
Cases that are leaders and managers of regional Cultural - Communication Centers after dissolvement, transfer to other units that cease to hold leadership and management positions or are appointed to new positions have a leadership position allowance lower than the old leadership position allowance, and are allowed to retain the old position allowance according to the provisions of current law.
Regarding the plan to handle finance, assets, records, documents and other related contents: Implement the handover, receipt and handling corresponding to the plan to dissolve the Regional Cultural - Communication Centers to ensure compliance with the provisions of law, decentralization of the Provincial People's Committee and instructions of competent authorities.
Require the Cultural - Communication Centers of the area to hand over the stamp to the Provincial Police no later than November 20.
Assign the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units, and the People's Committees at the commune level to carry out the process of dissolving regional Cultural - Communication Centers according to current legal regulations.
Request to complete the dissolution no later than November 19, 2025.
