The Dak Lak Provincial Department of Construction said that due to the impact of storm No. 13, many traffic routes were eroded and flooded, causing local congestion.

On November 5, information from the Department of Construction said that on national and provincial highways, there were 13 locations where roads were blocked due to landslides and flooding.

Of which, 1 point was eroded and had a road broken at Km42+200 - Km42+300 National Highway 19C. There are 12 flooded spots including National Highway 19C section through Xuan Phuoc commune; National Highway 14C has 3 points through Ia R've commune; Provincial road DT.641 has 2 points through Tuy An Bac and Dong Xuan communes; DT.642 route has 4 points through Dong Xuan commune; DT.650 route has 1 point through Tuy An Bac and Tuy An Tay communes.

Along the North-South railway line through Dak Lak, many trees fell to block the railway. The railway industry mobilized forces to clean up and complete the route on the morning of November 7.

In addition to the main traffic routes, in Ea Kiet commune, bridge No. 2 on the route to H'mon village is severely damaged.

Water from upstream caused the bridge abutment to be washed away about 15m long, eroded and damaged the entire embankment and access road, causing traffic congestion, and temporarily isolating H'mon people.
