On the morning of October 16, the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward, Lam Dong Province, coordinated with relevant units and many vehicles to restore the original state of the land before the violation due to illegal encroachment by households in the area.
The 7,495.5m2 land in the Mui Ne flying sand hill scenic area in Quarter 15, Mui Ne Ward is land managed by the State.

Mr. L.T.P (born in 1975) encroached on the above land area. After that, Mr. P did not voluntarily restore the land to its original state before the violation and returned the land that had been occupied to the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward for management.
Therefore, the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward has developed a plan and decided to force the implementation of remedial measures to completely handle this situation.
Recorded at the scene, the authorities dismantled a number of illegal constructions on the land and re-measured the encroached land area to hand it over to the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward for management.

According to the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward, the strong handling of cases of encroachment on public land aims to restore order in construction and land use in the locality, ensuring planning management.
This is also a deterrent measure, propaganda and education of citizens' awareness of law compliance.
