Accordingly, this is the second consecutive day that the North has been affected by the strengthening cold air, the common temperature has decreased by 2-3 degrees Celsius compared to yesterday.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, cold air continues to expand, affecting the Northwest, North Central and Central Central regions today.

The North, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An will have common temperatures from 16-19 degrees Celsius, with some mountainous areas below 15 degrees Celsius.

In October, the North recorded three cold air waves.

Notably, on October 19, Mau Son dropped to nearly 9 degrees Celsius, Tam Dao and Sin Ho only 12 degrees Celsius; on October 26, many places such as Mau Son, Pha Din, Dong Van all recorded 13 degrees Celsius.
