Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 12 (Fengshen), Hoiana 5-star resort (under Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited) located in Da Nang has urgently implemented an emergency support plan, preparing more than 100 free rooms and daily meals to welcome local people to take shelter from the storm.
The rooms are arranged in Hoiana's employee Village (located in Tay Son Tay village, Duy Nghia commune, Da Nang city) with full amenities such as blankets, mattresses, clean water and private toilets. The maximum scale can serve 250 - 500 evacuated people.
Hoiana representative said that the enterprise has closely coordinated with the People's Committees of Duy Nghia and Thang An communes (Da Nang city) to review and make a list of people who need to evacuate, while organizing a reception and arranging accommodation carefully, ensuring safety during the storm.

In parallel with supporting the community, Hoiana also deploys an internal response plan, protecting the safety of all guests and staff in the resort.
This is not the first time Hoiana has shown the spirit of mutual love. During the storms Noru (2022) and Trami (2024), this enterprise also opened its doors to welcome people to take shelter, provide food, clean water and essential necessities.
