According to the Traffic Police Department, due to the impact of storm No. 10 - Bualoi, the expressway in the Central region from Thanh Hoa to Hue had very heavy rain, winds of level 5 and level 6.

On the afternoon of September 28, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security informed about the above incident.

Accordingly, due to the direct impact of storm No. 10 Bualoi; on the Central Expressway from Thanh Hoa to Hue, there was very heavy rain, winds of level 5, level 6, limited visibility, slippery road surface, and some water stagnation points.

The Traffic Police Department informed that this is a highway with only 2 lanes, no emergency lanes, and rest stops have not been completed. The Traffic Police Department recommends that drivers control their speed, keep a safe distance, turn on lights and warning lights;

The Traffic Police Department also said that if there is an emergency, immediately bring the vehicle into the emergency strip, turn on the warning light; if the vehicle is damaged on the main route, turn on the warning light, place the hat hood at least 150 meters behind the vehicle and call the hotline number 19008099 of the Traffic Police Department for timely support.

During the time the storm made landfall from 7pm today (September 28), the area from Nghe An to northern Quang Tri; advised vehicles not to travel on the expressway, exit the expressway to find a safe shelter when the storm passes before continuing the journey.
