On August 27, Hanoi City Police said that during the two general parades and parades on National Day 2.9 (abbreviated as mission A80), units under the City Police received and supported many lost children to return to their families.
In the second training session on August 24 alone, Ba Dinh Ward Police helped 5 families find their children, who were lost in the Uncle Ho's Mausoleum area.
Hanoi City Police recommends that when taking children to watch the A80 Commemoration Ceremony, parents need to equip their children with notes about the phone number and address of the family, the name of the parent or relatives in the family.
Parents must always monitor children within their sight and prioritize holding them instead of holding them by the hand; limit taking them to crowded places or going in the wrong direction in crowds.
The authorities recommend that parents need to guide children to know how to seek help from the police, military forces... as soon as they lose their parents or relatives.
When discovering lost children, people need to immediately contact the nearest police force, army, volunteer students or hotline 113, Facebook page of Hanoi City Police for timely support.
