Recently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Lam Dong province have established 12 working groups to 35 communes and wards in the province.
The purpose is to directly grasp the situation of activities and support localities at the commune level to resolve difficulties and problems in the initial stage of organizing local government activities at the two levels.
Through practical trips, the working group grasped the difficulties and problems at the grassroots level to find solutions.

For example, in B'lao ward, the Ward Public Administration Service Center receives and resolves up to 90% of records but still faces problems. Because on the National Public Service Portal, the administrative unit of B'Lao ward is shown as (BLao). This may be the reason why the ward's Public Administration Service Center cannot update administrative procedure settlement records to the National Public Service Portal.
The above problem was reported by the locality when the working delegation of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee came to work.
The head of the working group - Mr. Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee - assigned the provincial Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to review, resolve or make proposals to central ministries and branches to resolve the above difficulties and shortcomings.
Thereby, creating the most favorable conditions for the B'Lao Ward Public Administration Service Center to operate smoothly and effectively for the people.
Thanks to the close leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, the difficulties and problems in operating the two-level government have been taken over to find solutions.
