"Many projects in the area are complicated and have long-term problems but have not been completely handled. The Department has to consult with central ministries and branches, and needs a lot of research time due to changes in legal regulations. Therefore, the unit is slow to report to the Provincial People's Committee on the handling plan," Mr. San added.
Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial Department of Finance in the first 2 months of the year. After the merger, the department needs to immediately implement the important tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.
According to the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Finance needs to urgently work with relevant units to remove difficulties and obstacles currently encountered in key projects, ensuring timely disbursement of public investment capital. Departments and branches continue to create favorable conditions for investors to implement projects in the province.
"The Department of Finance must urgently review public headquarters and land after restructuring and streamlining the apparatus to find appropriate solutions to avoid waste and create additional budget revenue for the province," emphasized the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.
