The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a document requesting the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to temporarily suspend the implementation of investment projects for new construction, renovation, repair, and upgrading of working headquarters of administrative agencies, public service agencies, armed forces at district and commune levels in the area and the introduction of locations until a new direction from the Provincial People's Committee is issued.
Previously, on the afternoon of March 4, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat on a number of contents and tasks to continue to reorganize and streamline the apparatus of the political system in 2025; Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW on the implementation of research and proposal to continue reorganizing the apparatus of the political system.
At the conference, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan requested Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units to proactively focus on disseminating; coordinate and widely propagate the policy of streamlining the apparatus of the Central and the province; do a good job of political and ideological work, create high consensus and unity in awareness and responsibility of the entire political system from the province to the grassroots level, ensure close coordination, proactively participate in related contents and tasks.
The Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee noted that the team of cadres and civil servants must uphold their sense of responsibility, fulfill their duties and responsibilities, ensure regular and continuous operation of agencies and organizations, without interruption or affecting the activities of the Party organization, government, people and businesses.
In Bac Ninh, after the arrangement and streamlining, the state sector has reduced 172 units of agencies, organizations and units; reduced 174 heads of agencies and units.
Previously, the People's Committees of the provinces of Gia Lai, Quang Nam, Dien Bien, Yen Bai, Nghe An also directed the temporary suspension of the implementation of works and projects in the process of restructuring the apparatus.
