On July 25, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Ban Thi Luu (born in 1996) - daughter of patient Dang Thi M (born in 1977, in Tran Yen Commune, Lao Cai Province) said: Up to now, the family has not received any notification of the results of the autopsy from the authorities.
"After the offering for my mother, everyone was sad and worried. Everyone hopes that the authorities will soon clarify why my mother passed away so suddenly," said Ms. Luu.

Ms. Ban Thi Luu also informed - Ms. Dang Thi M has no history of illness. Since mid-July, Ms. M has complained of insomnia, headaches, dizziness, and fatigue, so her family took her to the Tran Yen Regional Medical Center for examination.
Here, the doctors could not find the cause of the disease, the family asked to be transferred to a higher level for examination, but could not. "My mother was held there by the Medical Center for treatment for 1 week," said Ms. Luu.
On July 22, when Ms. M's condition became more serious, the Medical Center agreed to transfer her to a higher level. Initially, the family took Ms. Dang Thi M to Friendship General Hospital 103 (Yen Bai Ward, Lao Cai Province) for examination.
However, doctors at Hospital 103 informed that the brain electrical measuring device was under maintenance and could not be examined, so the family took Ms. M to Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital - facility 1 for examination and treatment.
At 11:45 p.m. on July 22, Ms. Dang Thi M was admitted by the Department of Cardiology in a state of headache, dizziness, numbness in the limbs, fatigue, prolonged insomnia, and mild difficulty breathing.
Doctors urgently examined Ms. M that night and performed tests on the morning of July 23, but could not find her.
At around 3pm, Ms. M's health deteriorated and she had difficulty breathing. The family had called the doctor 3 times to check and ask for oxygen, but the doctors and nurses directed the patient to take the patient from the 7th floor to the 1st floor for X-rays.
"At 16:30, the hospital informed the family to transfer to Hanoi for examination and treatment. However, at around 5pm, my mother suddenly became seriously ill, stopped circulating and died later," said Ms. Luu.
The victim's family said that the staff and doctors at the Hospital were not dedicated to examination and treatment; the hospital did not find the cause of the disease, and delayed the patient's referral, leading to the heartbreaking incident above.
Meanwhile, responding to reporters, Dr. Tran Lan Anh - Director of Lao Cai General Hospital, Branch 1 affirmed: "The admission, diagnosis, monitoring and emergency care process was carried out in accordance with professional regulations and within reasonable time. There are no signs of being blocked or missing".
Regarding the unusual death of patient Dang Thi M, Dr. Tran Lan Anh said that this was an unexpected sudden death, which was recorded in many cardiovascular, vascular and neurological diseases - especially in middle-aged patients, which may have underlying factors or rapidly occurring malicious heart rhythm disturbances, not clearly manifested through initial diagnoses.
"If the family has any questions or complaints, the unit will establish a professional council to consider and evaluate. From there, there will be a basis to respond to the patient's family", added the Director of Lao Cai General Hospital, Facility 1.
The hospital is also waiting for the results of the autopsy to coordinate and clarify.
