The accident occurred at around 0:00 on October 31 on DT 743, through Quarter 2, An Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at that time, people heard a loud noise on the street. When they ran out to see, they saw an accident between a motorbike and a container truck.
People came to check and discovered that the victim had died. The victim was carrying an identification document under the name T.V.C (born in 1985, from Thon Me village, Dien Lu commune, Thanh Hoa province). The accident was then reported to the authorities.
At the scene, the motorbike was lying behind the container, the man on the motorbike was lying motionless. Container trucks are parked on the road for rudimentary vehicles.
After receiving the report, local authorities were present to block off the scene.
Ho Chi Minh City Police Department units have conducted a crime scene investigation, autopsy, and taken statements from related people to investigate the accident.
