Through on-site inspection, the leaders of Soc Trang province noted that the contractors in arranging construction teams were still behind schedule. The leaders of Soc Trang province requested contractors to urgently arrange more vehicles, work overtime, increase teams and increase construction teams to speed up the progress of the project.

"The project implementation time is not much longer, with the expected completion time frame of June 2025. Therefore, items that rarely affect the source of filling materials (bridges) need to be constructed quickly to compensate for the slow progress", Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Lau directed.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang province also requested the contractor to calculate and propose many construction solutions to achieve the set progress. Investors must increase assigned responsibilities, regularly urge, supervise, and promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee if there are difficulties for consideration and resolution.

Mr. Tran Van Lau said that the locality has proactively received sand for filling, so contractors need to increase transportation means, ensuring inspection according to regulations.

"Contractors must mobilize sufficient equipment and means of transportation, ensure full exploitation of licensed capacity and reserves, and bring sand to the project to meet construction progress," Mr. Lau suggested.
