On September 28, a leader of the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Province Police said that he had clarified the incident of a blue-plate car going in the wrong direction, almost causing an accident for road users.
According to this person, after the incident, the traffic police force verified the blue-plate car under the management of an agency located in Tuy An Bac commune, Dak Lak province.
After working, the two vehicles did not collide, the driver of the blue license plate entered the road with a "no going in the wrong direction" sign.
"Based on the provisions of the law, the traffic police force has drawn up a record to fine the driver 19 million VND and deduct 4 points from the driver's license," a leader of the Traffic Police Department informed.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at noon on September 27, Mr. C.Q.L was traveling on Hung Vuong Street (through Phu Yen Ward, Dak Lak Province) when a blue-plate car (78A-006.XX) driving in the wrong direction suddenly turned right and crossed his lane.
Mr. L had to win in a hurry, causing his belongings in the car to be thrown away. When he stopped, his motorbike was less than 1 meter away from the blue-plate motorbike, and there was almost an accident.
The driver of the blue-plate car did not stop but left. Mr. C.Q.L sent a clip and information to the authorities to request a handling.
