Dien Bien - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the estimate for adjusting the Provincial Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

According to Decision No. 109 of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee, the total estimated value approved is more than 4.4 billion VND.

The estimate structure includes: Direct operating costs for planning with more than 3.89 billion VND; indirect operating costs of more than 413 million VND; contingency costs of more than 110 million VND...

The capital for implementing the estimate is deducted from the local budget managed by the provincial level. The implementation time for planning adjustments is up to the second quarter of 2026.

Previously, according to Decision No. 109 of the Prime Minister, Dien Bien Provincial Planning, period 2021-2030, vision to 2050.
