Hanoi - Information from the Hanoi Department of Construction, from now until the end of 2025, a number of social housing projects in the area will receive applications to buy houses.

CT3 Building of the Social Housing Construction Investment Project in Kim Chung New Urban Area (phase 1)

The project location is at CT3 building of the Social Housing Project at land plot CT3, CT4 - Kim Chung New Urban Area, Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district (now Thien Loc commune, Hanoi city).

The time to receive registration documents for purchase, lease, and lease-purchase is from November 17, 2025 to January 3, 2026 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Morning from 8am to 11:30am, afternoon from 1:30pm to 5pm. It is expected to sign a social housing sale and purchase contract in the first quarter of 2026 and hand over the apartment in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The total number of apartments in CT3 building is 1,104, including 929 social housing units and 175 commercial apartments. Specifically, the number of social housing units for sale is 589, with an area of about 35,068m2; the number of apartments for rent is 212 units, with an area of about 10,728m2; the number of apartments for rent is 128 units, with an area of about 7,551m2.

The first phase of social housing apartments for sale, rent and lease includes 929 apartments, of which apartments for sale have an area of 58.9 - 64m2; apartments for rent from 49.5 - 59.24m2; apartments for rent from 58.9 - 59m2. The temporary selling price of social housing apartments (including VAT and maintenance fees) is VND 18,400,000/m2; the temporary rental price is VND 91,700/m2/month; the temporary rental price is VND 312,860/m2/month, the rental period is 5 years.

Kim Hoa Urban Housing Construction Project

The project location is in Kim Hoa commune, Me Linh district (now Tien Thang commune, Hanoi). The time to receive purchase and lease documents is from October 6 to November 5, 2025.

The expected time to sign the contract for the sale of apartments in CT1, CT3, CT4 projects is expected to start signing the contract from November 25, 2025.

The project consists of 720 apartments, of which 648 are for sale and 72 are for rent.

In the first collection of documents, 408 apartments were sold at 19.8 million VND/m2; 72 apartments were rented at 244,515 VND/m2/month.

The apartment is expected to be handed over at the end of 2026.

Thuong Thanh Social Housing Project

The project location is in Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district (now Bo De ward, Hanoi). The time for receiving purchase and hire-purchase documents is from October 1 to November 4, 2025 (excluding Sundays).

The time for receiving documents is from October 1, 2025 to November 4, 2025 (excluding Sundays). Morning from 8:30 to 11:30, afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30. It is expected to sign a contract for the sale of apartments in CT1 building from November 24, 2025; CT2 and CT3 buildings from January 26, 2026. The apartment handover time is expected in the third quarter of 2027.

The project consists of 3 CT1, CT2, CT3 buildings with 22 floors, corresponding to 1,951 apartments. Of which, 1,765 apartments are for sale at the price of 29.4 million VND/m2. The remaining apartments are for rent, priced at 346,701 VND/m2/month.

Social housing project in Dong Anh commune

The project location was previously Uy No commune, old Dong Anh district (now Dong Anh commune, Hanoi) invested by the Ministry of National Defense's 319 Corporation. The project consists of 4 9-storey buildings, 1 basement and 1 attic. The total number of apartments here is 466, of which 419 are for sale and 47 are for rent. The area of the apartments ranges from 40 - 76.6 m2.

The project is expected to start signing an apartment sale and purchase contract from December 24, 2025 and hand over the apartment in the fourth quarter of 2026.

N01 Ha Dinh social housing project

The project location is in Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi city (formerly Tan Trieu commune, old Thanh Tri district). The project has a scale of 25 floors, corresponding to 440 apartments. Of which, 365 houses are social housing and 75 houses are commercial housing.

For social housing alone, 255 apartments are for sale, 37 apartments are for rent and 73 apartments are for rent. The selling price is 25 million VND/m2. The rental price is 150,000 VND/m2/month; the purchase price is 390,000 VND/m2/month.

The project will collect documents in the fourth quarter of 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
