In 2024, emulation movements will continue to develop widely and enthusiastically in cities in the Emulation Cluster with many innovations in content, form and organization methods associated with the Campaign "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", closely following the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister with the determination to overcome all difficulties, overcome all challenges, maintain the spirit of overcoming difficulties, solidarity, self-reliance, self-reliance, proactiveness, flexibility, drastic action, science, efficiency, actively innovate and be creative in the spirit of "Responsible discipline; proactive timeliness; accelerate creativity; sustainable efficiency".

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Tran Viet Truong congratulated and commended the achievements that the Emulation Cluster of centrally-run cities has achieved in 2024.
Mr. Tran Viet Truong shared some contents that Chairman Do Van Chien was interested in with the conference.
In order for the emulation movement and reward work to continue to be a driving force for economic development, Mr. Tran Viet Truong suggested that centrally-run cities should effectively implement 7 key tasks in 2025.
One of the 7 key tasks is to reach consensus and unite to build a streamlined - strong, efficient - effective - efficient state apparatus according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 under the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Focus on thoroughly grasping the spirit of direction of General Secretary To Lam in awareness and action on "New Era -the Era of the Vietnamese nation's rise".
In addition, localities closely follow the Government's 2025 management theme " Discipline and responsibility; proactively and promptly; streamline efficiency; accelerate, make a breakthrough", on that basis, identify the Management theme of each locality, and effectively implement emulation movements. Advising on the preliminary review and summary of emulation movements nationwide; resolutely and effectively implementing the peak emulation period "500 days, emulation nights to complete 3,000 km of expressway" and "450 days, peak nights to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025", completed before December 31, 2025 to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
