At about 9 pm on February 13, a serious traffic accident occurred on the dike road of Dong Duoi village, Hung Thang commune. Mr. L.V. T (born in 1982, residing in Dong Duoi village) was driving a motorbike in the direction of Highway 212 towards Dinh Dong when the accident occurred. As a result, Mr. T died at the scene. The initial cause was that the victim did not pay attention to observation and fell on his own, causing an accident.
Previously, at about 11:25 am on February 12, at km31 of Tram Bac bridge, An Truong commune, a motorbike driven by Mr. N.Q. B (born in 1969, residing in An Truong commune) traveling in the direction of Hai Phong - Hung Yen collided with a motorbike traveling in the same direction. After the collision, Mr. B's vehicle continued to collide with a motorbike driven by Ms. T.T. H (born in 1973, residing in An Truong commune) and a truck driven by Mr. B.V. Q (born in 1985, residing in Phu Tho province) traveling in the same direction in front. As a result, Mr. B died on the spot.
Another serious accident occurred at 3:10 PM on February 11th on provincial road 359 in residential group 4B, Thuy Nguyen ward. Mr. L.V. T (born in 1988, residing in Quang Yen ward, Quang Ninh) was driving a motorbike in the direction of Mang - Cau Binh road when it collided with a car driven by Mr. N.T. T (Thien Huong ward) traveling in the same direction. As a result, Mr. T died on the spot. The preliminary cause was that the car driver did not maintain a safe distance and did not pay attention to observation, causing a traffic accident.
