According to initial information, a chain collision between 3 cars (1 pickup truck, 1 closed-truck truck and 1 7-seater car), occurred at about 2 pm on February 9, in the riverside road area, in front of Registration Center 29-10D (Hoang Mai, Hanoi).
At the scene, the pickup truck was deformed in the front, many fragments were scattered all over the road. The other two vehicles were slightly damaged. The incident caused traffic through the area to be difficult.
According to images from the dashcam of the car behind, at the above time, the pickup truck encroached into the opposite lane and collided with the truck. After that, the truck continued to collide with a 7-seater car parked on the side of the road.
Upon receiving the news, officers and soldiers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police quickly arrived at the scene to resolve the incident. By more than 4 pm on the same day, the vehicles were moved away from the scene.
Fortunately, the collision did not cause any casualties. The cause is currently being investigated and clarified.
