Currently, on the Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway, the Xuong Giang bridge section (km117 - km120, Hanoi - Lang Son direction) is being repaired and the bridge surface and approach road are being fixed.
During this time, vehicles only move in one lane, leading to slow traffic and the risk of congestion.
To ensure safety and convenience for the route, the Traffic Police Department - Bac Ninh Provincial Police guides the following vehicles:
1. Vehicles with destinations in Tan Tien ward, Bac Giang (old Bac Giang city):
- Exit the expressway at the exit button at km122 (Song Khe overpass)
- Continue to travel along National Highway 17 to the center or go to Tan Yen, Yen The
- Or go towards Dong Son bridge to get to the center, go to Yen Dung, Lang Giang
2. Vehicles heading towards Lang Son:
- Exit at exit button km122, enter the center of the old Bac Giang city → Xuong Giang Street → Provincial Road 295B → National Highway 1A towards Lang Son
- Or move the Dong Son bridge route → Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street → expressway service road → Ke 4 overpass → join the old National Highway 1A or Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway.
3. Traffic safety notes:
- Keep a safe distance, reduce speed when passing through the repair area
- Follow the instructions and regulation of the Traffic Police force
- Traffic police will increase patrols, control and regulation at points prone to congestion.
