396 billion VND opens more way for Thuy Van Industrial Park
The project of the road from Thuy Van Industrial Park to the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang road, Viet Tri city (Phu Tho) was approved under Decision No. 4089 dated December 31, 2024 of the City People's Committee.
This is a group B project with a total investment of nearly 396 billion VND, the Project Management Board (PMU) for the construction of infrastructure works in Viet Tri City is assigned as the project investor.
At the end of May 2025, Package No. 13: Construction and installation of the project has had the results of selecting a contractor, with the winning bid price of nearly 335 billion VND, the package implementation period is 900 days.
The road is built with a total length of more than 4.5 km, starting point (Km0) at the intersection with Truong Chinh Street, Thuy Van Industrial Park and ending point (Km4+543.04) at the intersection of the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang Street.
The project will meet the travel needs of the people, contributing to the stability and development of the economy, culture and society of Viet Tri city.
692 billion VND to build a road connecting 2 key expressways in Phu Tho

This is a Group B project with a total investment of 280 billion VND, the Vinh Tuong District Industrial Cluster Investment and Development Project Management Board is assigned as the project investor.
On May 7, 2025, the construction package (including equipment and spare parts) of the project selected a contractor, with a winning bid price of nearly 177 billion VND, the contract implementation period is 10 months.
When the inter-commune road is put into use, the road will facilitate people's travel, reducing the load on the road from Thuong Trung to Provincial Road 30, which is becoming increasingly overloaded.
Over VND5,400 billion to build 10 km of Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway
The Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway project, the section passing through Hoa Binh province, started construction in September 2024, with a total investment of nearly 10,000 billion VND, invested by the Hoa Binh Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The project to build a highway is about 34 km long, starting at Km19+000 in Da Bac town; ending at Km53+000 in Chieng Yen commune, Van Ho district, Son La province.
In mid-February 2025, Package XL-03: Construction of Hoa Son Bridge and the foundation items, road surface and works on the route from Km40+750 - Km50+260 of the project have selected contractors and implemented construction.
This package is worth more than VND 5,500 billion, won the bid by the XL03 consortium of Hoa Son Bridge with a price of nearly VND 5,442 billion. This consortium will construct nearly 10 km of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway within 1395 days.
With the XL-04 Package: Construction and installation of foundation, road surface and works on the section Km50+260 - Km53+000 - worth more than 660 billion VND, after opening the bid since the beginning of June 2025, the results of contractor selection have not yet been announced.
