Long An - Approving the plan to implement administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries within the provincial level in the area.

Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut has just signed and issued Decision No. 6745/QD-UBND approving the plan to implement administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries within the provincial level in Long An province.

According to the decision, the total number of administrative procedures performed regardless of administrative boundaries is 1,588 procedures. Of which, administrative procedures for providing online public services or by post for public services not dependent on administrative boundaries are 1,056 procedures; administrative procedures that can be carried out regardless of administrative boundaries and do not need to adjust legal documents are 406 procedures; administrative procedures that need to amend legal documents to implement regardless of administrative boundaries are 126 procedures.

The above decision takes effect from June 16, 2025. The Chairman of the Long An Provincial People's Committee requested that before December 31, 2025, provincial departments, branches and sectors submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to announce internal procedures and electronic procedures for handling administrative procedures that do not depend on administrative boundaries and ensure that 100% of administrative procedures in the province are carried out regardless of administrative boundaries.
