On the afternoon of November 21, leaders of Dam Rong 3 and Dam Rong 4 communes (Lam Dong) said that floods had caused landslides, flooded hundreds of hectares of crops and swept away many properties of people. Many households raising cows and fish were swept away by floodwaters, causing businesses to lose everything.

Mr. Khong Huu Kien, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dam Rong 4 commune, said that prolonged rain caused many landslides on the Truong Son Dong road, creating jobs on the positive slope, and paralyzing the road section from K' No to National Highway 28.
The route to Da Nhinh 1 village, Krong No 3 hydropower area has landslides on negative slopes about 30 m long; the routes to Krong No 2 and 3 hydropower plants have many landslides on positive slopes, with rocks and soil spilling onto the road.

The rising water level of the Krong No river caused great damage to crops, crops and livestock. In Dam Rong 4, floods swept away 23 cows and dozens of schools of sturgeon, causing estimated damage of more than 15 billion VND.
In Dam Rong 3, the flood swept away 3 cows and flooded many areas of coffee and mulberry.

The authorities of the two communes have mobilized police and militia to monitor the situation, block off the area, fence off and put up warning signs in dangerous areas. The forces also deployed measures to support people in responding to floods, ensuring the safety of life and property.
