On November 3, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board has just proposed that the People's Committees of Long Phuoc and Phuoc An communes and the Project Management Board of Area 5, branches of Long Thanh and Nhon Trach Land Fund Development Centers soon complete site clearance and hand over the site to the contractor to implement the project of Provincial Road 25C Construction, from National Highway 51 to National Highway 19 (phase 1).
Currently, the project has only handed over the land area of about 2,000 m2, equivalent to about 0.74% of the total land area.
The Provincial Road 25C construction project will build a new road more than 2 km long from National Highway 51 to National Highway 19.
The newly built section has a cross-section of 45 m in phase 1, and will also have 3 intersections at the same level, including: intersection with National Highway 19, National Highway 12 and National Highway 51. At the same time, a new Ba Ky bridge will be built with a length of more than 24.5 m and a width of 37 m.
For site clearance, the entire construction boundary will be reclaimed, which is 100 m.
The project has a total investment of more than 647 billion VND, the total land area needed for site clearance to implement the project is about 27 hectares. The project is implemented in the communes of Phuoc An and Long Phuoc (Dong Nai province).
The Provincial Road 25C Construction Project will start construction in early 2025 with the goal of forming a connecting axis from Long Thanh airport to Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, meeting the transportation needs of Long Thanh airport when it comes into operation.
