2. Mr. Nguyen Chi Hoan, Head of Civil Judgment Enforcement - Deputy Head of the Committee;
3. Mr. Tran The Cuong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - Member;
4. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Huan, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance - Member;
5. Ms. Doan Thi Hong Nhung, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice - Member;
6. Mr. Phi Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment - Member; 2
7. Mr. Ngo Duc Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction - Member;
8. Mr. Pham Van Da, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office - Member;
9. Mr. Nguyen Van Uyen, Deputy Director of the Provincial People's Procuracy - Member;
10. Mr. Do Van Dai, Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court - Member;

12. Ms. Than Thi Kim Linh, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Affairs, Office of the Provincial People's Committee - Secretary of the Steering Committee for the execution of civil judgments;
13. Mr. Khuc Thanh Dung, Head of the Department of Professional Affairs and Organization of Civil Judgment Enforcement, Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement - Secretary of the Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement.
The Steering Committee for the implementation of civil judgments of Bac Ninh province has the role, responsibility and operation according to the provisions of Joint Circular No. 05/2016/TTLT-BTPBCA-BTC-TANDTC-VKSNDTC dated May 19, 2016 of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy guiding the operation of the Steering Committee for the implementation of civil judgments.
According to Clause 2, Article 4 of Decree No. 62/2015/ND-CP dated July 18, 2015 of the Government, the Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement has the role of advising the Chairman of the People's Committee at the same level to direct the organization and coordination of relevant agencies in the enforcement of civil judgments in the area; promptly resolve problems and difficulties arising in coordination; direct the organization and enforcement of major, complicated cases affecting security, politics, social order and safety in the locality.
The Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement operates on the principle of respecting the professional activities of civil judgment enforcement agencies according to the provisions of law and promoting the effectiveness of coordination between all levels and sectors in civil judgment enforcement in accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities.
