Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 547/QD-UBND on receiving Central Hospital 74 directly under the Ministry of Health to Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee for management and renaming it Lung Hospital 74 directly under Phu Tho Provincial Department of Health.
Accordingly, receiving the original state of Central Hospital 74 under the Ministry of Health to Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee for management and renaming it Lung Hospital 74.
Lung Hospital 74 is a public non-business unit directly under the Department of Health, under the direct management and direction of the Director of the Department of Health, with legal status, a private seal and account according to the provisions of law.
The hospital's headquarters is located in Phuc Yen ward, Phu Tho province.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to be responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant departments and branches to receive personnel, finance, assets, facilities, equipment, operating vehicles and documents related to the operation of Central Hospital 74 according to regulations.
At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies and units to draft a Decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Lung Hospital 74 to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
In addition, directing and guiding Lung Hospital 74 to carry out procedures for requesting licenses and seals to ensure the continuous performance of functions, tasks and medical examination and treatment at Lung Hospital 74 after receipt.
Along with that, preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant agencies and units to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to assign financial autonomy, classify the level of financial autonomy for Lung Hospital 74 according to regulations.
Lung Hospital 74 is responsible for inheriting and continuing to perform the assigned tasks of Central Hospital 74 until there is a decision regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Lung Hospital 74 from competent authorities.
The hospital maintains the hospital rank according to the Decision of the Minister of Health until there is a replacement decision; develop a project to determine job positions and arrange public employees and laborers according to job positions approved by competent authorities.
Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Departments of Home Affairs, Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies and units to coordinate and guide the Department of Health to receive and arrange work for officials and employees based on their assigned functions and tasks.
Departments receive finance, assets, facilities, equipment, operating vehicles and related documents of Central Hospital 74, organization and operation of Lung Hospital 74 according to current regulations.
According to the introduction of Central Hospital 74, the hospital was established by the Ministry of Health on April 16, 1958, formed from the merger of sub-hospital 7 and sub-hospital 4 of the army.
