In some areas with low road surfaces, the drainage system does not drain in time, causing water to stagnate in large areas.
According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the coming days, Hai Phong area will continue to have heavy rain, with very heavy rain in some places. In which, on August 24-25, it is forecast to be cloudy and heavy rain.
Faced with heavy rain and complicated weather, Le Thanh Nghi ward requests people to proactively monitor information about storms and floods, limit movement through deeply flooded areas, and ensure safety for people and property.
