Min slope in Langbiang - Da Lat ward, Lam Dong is 1.5km long, with a roadbed width of 5.5m, connecting the agricultural production area of the people of Pang Tieng village with DT 726 road.
In recent days, prolonged heavy rains have caused erosion and landslides on both the negative and positive slopes of the Min slope. About 15m from the intersection with DT 726 road, the Min slope is nearly 8m high and collapsed below.
"On September 29, while I was driving a motorbike through, rocks and soil from above poured down. At that time, the road surface was buried, so I had to call the villagers to bring the hoes and shovels to clear the road," said Mr. Phan Lam, a resident of Pang Tieng village.

According to the residents, the Min slope has 2 landslides and each location is about 10-20m long. People in Pang Tien province said that the authorities have built a water collection ditch on the Min slope, but many locations have been eroded and damaged by water, causing danger to road users.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chien, a resident of Pang Tieng village, was upset: "Currently, many locations with high, steep slopes are at risk of landslides, so every time we pass by, we are very scared."
The location of the Min slope is eroded and open, causing "frogestion". A resident reflected: "Many locations on the Min slope have not yet had drainage ditches built, so when it rains, water from high places flows down to low-lying areas, causing erosion, landslides on the road surface and negative slopes".

According to the people of Pang Tieng village, landslides on the Min slope have caused danger for many days, but the authorities have only put up warning signs and have not yet had a plan to overcome the consequences.
In early February 2024, Da Dang - Dachomo Hydropower Plant (located in Langbiang - Da Lat ward) built a barbed wire fence; installed iron doors, blocked the path through the water control valve gate area, affecting many households in Pang Tien village.
The local government then coordinated with the investor of the Da Dang - Dachomo Hydropower Plant to open the Min slope road at a cost of nearly 2 billion VND for people to enter and exit the production area.
This road is 1.5km long, 5.5m wide, the road surface is granted hill gravel according to the standards of a type B rural road.
However, the road is steep and the road surface is rough, making it difficult and dangerous for people to travel.
People have repeatedly reported and petitioned the authorities, but to date, the Min slope has not been improved.
