Localities strictly implement the motto "4 on-site", "3 ready" to put up warning signs, stretch ropes, and barriers in dangerous areas; absolutely do not be subjective, regularly update warning bulletins - weather forecasts to promptly inform people to proactively prevent.

The authorities are required to arrange means and human resources to evacuate people from deeply flooded and landslide areas; ensure food, drinking water and necessities at evacuation sites, and prevent people from going hungry or lacking water.
