On the afternoon of November 1, the water continued to rise, causing flooding again in some areas in Ha Tinh.
Previously, on the morning of November 1, in Vung Ang ward, the water had receded, people were worried about cleaning up mud and soil, and cleaning their houses. At some schools, teachers also took the opportunity to clean up the mud as soon as the water receded.
Participating in supporting environmental sanitation after the flood are local police forces, village and commune officials.
With the spirit of "wherever the water recedes, clear the mud", the "4 on-site" force has urgently cleaned and cleaned up to soon stabilize again.

However, due to heavy rain, by the afternoon of November 1, the water continued to rise, causing flooding again.
Mr. Tran Xuan Phuong - Secretary of the Vung Ang Ward Party Committee - said that since this morning, the water has gradually receded, so people in the evacuation area have returned home to clean mud and sanitize their houses.
However, due to heavy rain, many large construction projects in the area have gradually narrowed the water storage area in the fields, so from this afternoon they have been flooded again.
"It is very complicated, now it is very difficult to evacuate people again, but we still have to do it to ensure the safety of the people," Mr. Phuong shared.
Meanwhile, in some localities downstream of Ke Go Lake, on November 1, flooding continued to increase, the water level is rising as Ke Go Lake increased its discharge to 600m3/s from 6am the same day.
In Cam Due commune alone, thousands of houses are currently flooded. As of early this afternoon, the locality has evacuated more than 780 households with more than 1,400 people living in low-lying, deeply flooded areas along the Ngan Mo River to safe places.

In Cam Binh commune, Ha Huy Tap ward... the downstream area of Ke Go lake also experienced deep flooding.
Faced with the complicated flood situation, on November 1, the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee issued a directive to focus on responding to and overcoming the consequences, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.
