Mr. Trinh Van Minh - Vice Chairman of Yang Mao Commune People's Committee - said that due to the serious landslide situation in the locality, the authorities have evacuated 800 people of Ea Han village to a school to ensure safety.

In Tuy An Bac commune, 20/20 villages were affected by floods. The whole commune has 6,275 households with 16,540 people flooded. Of which, 455 households with 1,255 people have been evacuated to safe places. The whole commune is without power.

It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the water level of the Ba River at Phu Lam station will continue to rise above alert level 3, surpassing the historic flood in 1993.

The Dak Lak Provincial Civil Defense Command has requested the Military Region 5 Command and its affiliated units to mobilize forces and support vehicles, including 9 canoes and 2 helicopters.
