According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 1:15 pm on February 13, in the Northern region, Tuyen Quang Hydropower reservoir reached 113.9 m, 120 m lower than the normal water level.
Lai Chau Hydropower Lake is at 293.3 m, 295 m lower than the normal water level.
Son La Hydropower Lake reached 214.68 m, close to the normal water level of 215 m, while Hoa Binh Hydropower Lake was at 112.15 m, lower than the normal water level by 117 m.
Some other reservoirs such as Ban Chat Hydropower Plant (459.32 m/475 m), Huoi Quang Hydropower Plant (369.96 m/370 m) and Thac Ba Hydropower Plant (54.92 m/58 m) are also lower or close to the normal water level.
In the North Central region, Trung Son Hydropower reservoir reached 158.15 m, 160 m lower than the normal water level; Ban Ve Hydropower reservoir was at 196.04 m, 200 m lower than the normal water level.
Khe Bo Hydropower Lake reached 64.41 m, approximately the normal water level of 65 m; Quang Tri Hydropower Lake was at 476.9 m, lower than the normal water level by 480 m.
The South Central Coast region recorded many reservoirs below the normal level such as A Vuong Hydropower Plant (376.25 m/380 m), Song Bung 4 Hydropower Plant (220.93 m/222.5 m), Song Tranh 2 Hydropower Plant (173.82 m/175 m) and Song Ba Ha Hydropower Plant (104.69 m/105 m).
In the Central Highlands, Ialy Hydropower reservoir reached 511.39 m, 515 m lower than the normal water level.
Se San 4 Hydropower reservoir reached 214.34 m, lower than the normal water level by 215 m; Buon Tua Srah Hydropower reservoir was at 486.44 m, lower than the normal water level by 487.5 m.
In the Southeast region, Tri An Hydropower reservoir reached 61.73 m, 62 m lower than the normal water level.
