According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 11:00 AM on February 6, in the Northwest region, large reservoirs such as Son La, Hoa Binh, Lai Chau, Huoi Quang, Ban Chat continued to discharge water through the plant to generate electricity.
In which, Son La reservoir has an upstream water level of 214.97m, approaching the normal water level; water inflow to the reservoir reached 852 m3/s, total discharge volume 779 m3/s.
Hoa Binh Lake recorded a flow rate of 1.180 m3/s, total discharge volume 628 m3/s. All lakes did not open surface or deep discharge gates.
In the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang reservoir maintains an upstream water level of 113.61m, inflow to the reservoir 128 m3/s, total discharge 124.27 m3/s through power generation.
In the North Central region, Trung Son, Ban Ve, and Khe Bo reservoirs operate stably, with total discharge volumes of 75 m3/s, 318 m3/s, and 117 m3/s respectively. Quang Tri reservoir currently does not generate discharge flow.
In the South Central Coast, A Vuong, Song Bung 4, Song Tranh 2, Song Ba Ha, and Song Hinh reservoirs maintain normal power generation. Some reservoirs such as Vinh Son B and Vinh Son C currently do not discharge water.
The Central Highlands region recorded Thuong Kon Tum, Pleikurong, Ialy, Se San 3, Se San 3A and Se San 4 reservoirs operating mainly through the plant. Some reservoirs such as Srepok 3 and Buon Kuop have deep discharge gates with limited flow, serving downstream flow regulation.
In the Southeast region, Tri An reservoir recorded an upstream water level of 61.78m, inflow to the reservoir 60 m3/s, and has not yet discharged water.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather forecast for February 6th, the Northern region has light rain in some places, light rain, drizzle and scattered fog at night and in the morning. Cold at night and in the morning.
The Southern region has showers in some places at night, sunny during the day.
