In the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant recorded an upstream water level of 115.07 m, lower than the normal water level by 4.93 m; water inflow to the reservoir reached 89 m3/s, total discharge flow 120.25 m3/s through the plant.
In the Northwest region, the water level of reservoirs on the Da River cascade is maintained at a high level. Lai Chau Hydropower reached 289.26 m, lower than the normal water level by 5.74 m; inflow to the reservoir 79 m3/s, total discharge 165 m3/s.
Son La Hydropower reached 213.07 m, nearly 2 m lower than the normal water level; inflow to the reservoir 105 m3/s, total discharge 819 m3/s through the plant.
Hoa Binh Hydropower reached 116.07 m, lower than the normal water level by less than 1 m; water flow to the reservoir was 1,044 m3/s, total discharge was 1,778 m3/s.
Meanwhile, Ban Chat reservoir reached 431.18 m, near the dead water level (431 m), so electricity has not been generated; Huoi Quang reservoir reached 369.33 m, close to the normal water level and has not been recorded discharge.
Thac Ba Hydropower reached 53.19 m, nearly 5 m lower than the normal water level; inflow to the reservoir 63 m3/s, total discharge 290.24 m3/s.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather forecast for April 3rd, the Northern region has light rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog scattered, sunny skies in the afternoon; especially in the late afternoon tomorrow, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
The Southern region in the late afternoon and night has showers and thunderstorms in some places; sunny during the day, hot in some places, especially the East has hot sun.
