Can Tho City People's Committee said that on National Day September 2nd, it will organize the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of 3 projects, opening a series of 7 phases of 12 projects from now until the end of October 2026. The events are organized in a direct combined online form.
The main bridge point is the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Thien Quan Center High-Class Apartment Complex Project, at Lot HH3, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Residential Area Lot No. 49, Nam Can Tho Urban Area, Cai Rang Ward.
The project has a total investment of 1,552 billion VND, 100% of the investor's capital. Scale of 39 above-ground floors and 2 basements. The project is developed on a land area of 5,260.8 m2.
Besides the main bridge point, there are 2 auxiliary bridge points.
The first auxiliary bridge point is the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Bridge Project, the road leading to the bridge from the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Resettlement Area to Cuu Long Resettlement Urban Area, also known as Tran Bach Dang Bridge. The project has a total investment of more than 74 billion VND.
The project is invested by the Can Tho City Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The second auxiliary bridge point is the Inauguration Ceremony of the Construction Materials Business Center project under RI TA VO Co., Ltd., on Quang Trung Street and Street No. 13, Hung Phu I Residential Area (Lot No. 3A), Nam Song Can Tho Urban Area, Hung Phu Ward.
