On June 20, information from Nghe An Provincial People's Committee said that it had just issued a document directing and rectifying the issue of some localities and agencies stopping receiving and handling administrative procedures.
According to the People's Committee of Nghe An province, recently, in some localities, there has been a situation where administrative agencies and units have issued documents temporarily suspending the reception of administrative procedure documents due to the reason of restructuring the apparatus. This not only causes frustration for people but also seriously affects the right to access public services in the transition period of the government model.
Faced with the above situation, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has directed departments, branches, sectors and authorities at all levels to inspect and review all related documents, and at the same time request the immediate revocation of documents that are not in accordance with regulations, affecting the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures.
The Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that the arrangement of administrative units must not be a reason for delay in receiving and handling documents. From now until June 30, localities need to arrange enough personnel at the one-stop department, increase human resources to support in communes and wards with major fluctuations so as not to disrupt the legitimate rights of organizations and individuals.
The Provincial People's Committee requires the settlement of administrative procedures to be continuous and smooth, even during the period of reorganization of commune-level units, to clearly demonstrate the sense of responsibility and serve people and businesses. This is an urgent requirement to maintain administrative discipline and create trust in the process of reforming the apparatus.
