From dawn, many people were present along Le Quang Dao Street to follow the convoy. They waved to the officers and soldiers as a great encouragement so that they could complete their tasks well in the rehearsal.
At around 2:45 a.m., it rained heavily, many people had to wear raincoats and use umbrellas to follow the entire journey of the convoy.
Mr. Le Minh Tuan (Tu Liem ward, Hanoi) said that he had come to the Dinh Stadium area since 1am to witness the convoy of military artillery vehicles with tires and police special vehicles entering the city center.

Sharing the same feelings, Ms. Huyen Trang (Dai Mo ward) said that the image of the equipment convoy parading brought special emotions.
"Although the thunderstorms suddenly poured down, people still kept waving their hands to greet the convoy. That is not only the excitement, but also the affection and trust that we send to the armed forces" - Ms. Huyen Trang expressed.
After the convoy moved all the way out of the F1 racetrack, many people stayed at My Dinh Stadium area waiting to watch 21 large-scale street vendors simultaneously launching fire at 6:30 this morning, in the rehearsal program of the 80th Anniversary Ceremony, parade, and parade.
