After rearranging provincial and commune-level administrative units, in order to ensure convenience in issuing citizen identification cards (CCCD) to people, Hung Yen Provincial Police has announced a list of 20 CCCD issuance headquarters across the province. The locations are arranged reasonably, on the basis of inheriting the existing infrastructure of Hung Yen and Thai Binh before, to meet the need for CCCD procedures in the new situation.

Accordingly, the current system of CCCD issuance in Hung Yen province includes 2 points at the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police (PC06) at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center - located in both old locations, Hung Yen and Thai Binh; and 18 points at the Public Security of key communes, wards and towns in both merged areas.
