According to Mr. Khoi, recently, the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Hanoi City Police - has just organized a propaganda and training course on the practice of using hand-carried fire extinguishers, how to extinguish the fire in a concise way, as well as initial first aid techniques for victims. After that, the Apartment Building Management Board continued to disseminate and to continue to improve rapid response skills and proactively prevent fire and explosion for households.
