On January 6, the People's Committee of Son Hoa commune, Dak Lak province informed that functional forces had just found the body of Mr. T.V.D (43 years old, residing in Son Hoa commune) under the Ba River.
According to initial information, in the early morning of the same day, a man suspected of being drunk fell onto the Ba River bridge (not yet clear why it fell).
Discovering the incident, Mr. D jumped down to rescue, but unfortunately was swept away by the water.
According to the Fire and Rescue Police Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police, at 3 am on the same day, the unit received a report of a missing person in the Ba River area.
Immediately after that, the unit sent officers and soldiers to the scene to organize search and rescue. At about 9:25 am on the same day, functional forces brought the body of Mr. T.V.D ashore.
The man who fell into the Ba River was later rescued and is currently being treated at the hospital.
