    Quang Binh - After the accident, Mr. L was impacted by one person and fell down the road. After being taken to the hospital by the people, Mr. L died.

    On October 10, the People's Committee of Quang Hoa commune (Ba Don town, Quang Binh province) said that there was a traffic collision in the area, then one died.

    According to initial information, before that, on Nguyen Chi Thanh route - the section passing Thanh Tan village (Quang Hoa commune), Mr. Hoang Trung Hieu (SN 1995, residing in Thanh Tan village) and Mr. N.D.L (SN (SN 1992, residing in Cao Cao village) driving a motorbike moving in the same direction when a traffic collision occurred.

    After the accident, Mr. L was approached by a man and fell to the street. Mr. L was taken to the emergency hospital but did not survive.

    Ba Don town police prosecuted and detained Hoang Trung Hieu to investigate the act of "intentionally causing injury".

    Currently, functional forces are continuing to investigate the incident.
