These conferences often invite a group of people who lack knowledge about the regulations on goods and origin such as: the elderly, women, ... to advertise products of unknown quality (only product quality declarations published by sellers, photocopy or color printed certificates not certified for quality) but sold at very high prices.
When the authorities arrived to inspect, the subjects stopped consulting and would contact the citizen privately to consult on personal purchases, then send the goods to the citizen.
To attract the elderly, women, and citizens to believe in the above conferences, the subjects use the method of giving gifts, gifts of common value such as milk sugar, fish sauce, etc.
Many people are curious or want to receive gifts, so they come to listen to advertisers, under the above propaganda and impact, many people have bought products such as: Black ginseng, powdered milk, functional foods, water purifiers, disinfectants, etc. at very high prices compared to the real value of those items or are goods that do not guarantee quality, potentially endangering the property and health of the people.
To prevent crimes and ensure the rights of the people, Nha Nam Commune Police recommends that the people:
1. Do not lend out places to others to attract people to come to their homes to advertise products at home.
2. Do not participate in product advertising conferences to receive rewards.
3. Do not buy goods at the above propaganda conferences.
