Implement the general control and handling plan for road and waterway transport business vehicles of the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security).
Since July 25, the Traffic Police of Ninh Binh Province Police have simultaneously launched a general inspection and handling of road and waterway transport vehicles in the area.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, from 8:00 a.m. on July 26, working groups under the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police deployed forces, set up checkpoints on key national highways, provincial roads and areas where vehicles often stopped, parked, or picked up and dropped off passengers in violation of regulations.

The inspection focuses on passenger transport vehicles with 8 seats or more, container trucks, heavy trucks carrying construction materials...
serious violations such as alcohol concentration, drugs, overloading, carrying more people than prescribed, speeding, not having an inspection certificate... will be strictly handled according to regulations.
All data from the journey monitoring device was also exploited to detect violations.
The inspection and handling are carried out with the motto "no forbidden areas, no exceptions", strictly handling all violations, including cases of resistance and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
In addition to the penalty work, the Traffic Police force also organized mobile propaganda, signed commitments with drivers and transport business owners, and increased responsibility in managing vehicles and people.

It is known that the general inspection will last until August 25, 2025, with the coordination of many forces such as the Criminal Police, Mobile Police... to ensure a comprehensive and closed inspection of the area.
This simultaneous launch is expected to create a strong change in transportation activities, contributing to reducing traffic accidents and restoring discipline on road and waterway routes in Ninh Binh.
On the first day of the campaign, the Traffic Police of Ninh Binh Province Police controlled 339 vehicles, recorded 44 violations, and fined 132 million VND.
