The loud explosion caused the entire Vinh Loc village, the new Van Giang commune, Hung Yen province to wake up in shock. The explosion was determined to have occurred in a factory in the village, causing the surrounding area to shake strongly, the cameras of the houses collapsed, and many people panicked and ran out of their homes.

In a quick exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper on the same morning, Mr. Do Van Han - Chairman of Van Giang Commune People's Committee - said that the time of the incident was around 2:30 a.m., in the area where a factory was built in the house.

"Currently, the authorities are zoning the scene and investigating the specific cause. Fortunately, up to this point, no human casualties have been recorded, Mr. Han informed.

According to initial records, the explosion occurred not far from a crowded residential area, but the explosive force was quite large, causing many surrounding houses to shake. Some residents said that after the loud explosion, there was a burning smell and light smoke coming from the factory.

The cause of the explosion has not yet been officially determined. However, according to local leaders, it is not ruled out the possibility of being involved in explosives or explosives during the people's production process.
