The traffic intersection project between road No. 1 belonging to the project to invest in the construction of a traffic road surrounding the Chu Van An memorial area with road 70 (Phan Trong Tue street) - Chu Van An road project (Pham Tu road junction - road 70) has a total investment of 1,921.12 billion VND (land clearance is 767.56 billion VND).
Of which, the value of the Pham Tu road intersection with road 70 is 785.974 billion VND; the value of the BT contract is 1,551.301 billion VND.
The project started in 2014, has been put into operation since 2019, route 1 opened to traffic with road 70 from January 22, 2020.
The Pham Tu - 70 road intersection was approved in June 2017 but construction was temporarily suspended from 2018 due to problems in site clearance.
Inspecting the site of the traffic road investment project surrounding the Chu Van An memorial area with road 70, Phan Trong Tue street on April 27, Politburo member, Hanoi Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested relevant units to clearly finalize the progress of site clearance, construction and BT contract finalization; not to let the project continue to be prolonged after many years of delay.
Specifically, Kien Hung ward must hand over the remaining land area before May 1; Thanh Liet ward must complete the handling of remaining cases before May 15; Ha Dong ward must hand over the entire land area no later than May 30.





In Ha Dong ward, the total area to be cleared is 21,101.7m2, including public land, agricultural land, public utility agricultural land and especially the land used by 59 households and individuals with a total recovered land area of 4,404.4m2, the total amount of compensation and support is about 74.6 billion VND.
By May 14, 100% of households had agreed to hand over land to implement the project, Ha Dong ward had completed site clearance to implement the project 15 days earlier than the schedule assigned by the City.
In Thanh Liet ward, the total area to be cleared is 30,898.1m2. Of which, the area completed from 2017 is 20,115m2; the area to be continued is 10,874.1m2, related to 55 households, individuals and organizations.
On May 6, all 55/55 households, individuals and organizations completed the handover of the site. By May 7, Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee had made a record of handover of the entire site and related documents to the investor for construction deployment.



According to Lao Dong's records on May 15 and 16, most people within the project area have completed moving belongings and assets to hand over the site.
Many machines and workers are mobilized to carry out demolition and dismantling of the project, creating a clean ground for the investor to deploy the construction of items at the Pham Tu - Road 70 intersection.




According to the direction of the Hanoi Party Secretary, after having a clean site, the investor and contractor must urgently organize construction; immediately coordinate with relevant units to handle technical infrastructure systems, including 110kV and 220kV high-voltage power lines.
The deadline is to complete the entire intersection before December 31, 2026.
