Initial information, on the morning of August 3, people in Group 10, Cho Moi Commune, Thai Nguyen Province, discovered an unusual stench coming from Mr. L.V.X's rented room. (born in 1960, hometown unknown) so he reported to the authorities.
When the authorities arrived at the scene, the bathroom door was locked from the inside, and the water was still flowing.
After breaking the door, Mr. X. was found dead in a position with his face in the water pot. Initial assessment is that the victim may have died many days before being discovered.
The case is continuing to be investigated and clarified.
